More importantly the roots of this company began in Independence Heights on the very street this project will call home. This is simply our opportunity to give back the community that raised us.

Jeremy Davis
Managing Partner
Raised in Houston, Texas Jeremy is a graduate of Texas Southern University by way of University of New Mexico where he studied Architecture. Jeremy Graduated from TSU with a degree in Marketing, History & Economics where his passions for product and spatial design were refined alongside his athletic pursuits. Following a college career in track and field Jeremy went on the compete professionally, traveling internationally for 7 years. That time spent abroad fostered an appreciation for global design aesthetics, that influence his perspectives on building today. After retirement Jeremy returned to his family origins in real estate stewarding projects for multinational commercial partners, music studios, hospitality ventures and luxury homes for 5 years until forming his own development company.
As a managing partner of STIM Jeremy Davis brings with him instinctive abilities as a designer, and a development acumen three generations in the making.
DJ Greenlee
Lead Project Manager
A native of Clemson, South Carolina DJ is a graduate of Clemson University where he studied sociology while competing as part of one of its premier championship teams. Since graduating DJ has cultivated a resume that includes oversight and management of numerous custom and luxury residential real estate projects valued in excess of 30 million dollars throughout the US. Through these experiences his understanding of properly planned logistics served to make the projects more successful.
As a lead project manager for STIM, DJ brings with him an attention to detail, tenacity, and personable touch to all its projects.
DJ Greenlee
Lead Project Manager

Jessica Walker
Head of Operations
Raised in Houston Texas Jessica is a graduate of Stanford University where the study of environmental science cultivated an appreciation for conscious creation. After graduating as a student athlete Jessica went on to pursue a professional volleyball career abroad for 5 years throughout Europe and South Asia. Since retiring Jessica’s skillset and operational acumen lead to successful tenures within the venture capitalist, consulting, and tech spaces.
As head of operations for STIM, Jessica’s return to real estate affords the opportunity to couple a lifelong passion with an IQ for functionality.
Jana Davis
Interior Designer
A native of Houston Texas, Janna is a graduate of Texas Southern University from which she graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing while performing as a collegiate track and field athlete. Upon graduation Janna ventured into the luxury fashion sphere cultivating a resume that includes the likes of Movado, Missoni and Sonia Rykiel. After extensive study in the field of interior design, Janna established her own design firm Florence Elaine, based in Houston.
As STIM’s in house authority on interior design Janna exemplifies the notion that design is universal yet singular with an appreciation for each patina that awakens a space.
